Great location
We had possibly the worst two rooms in the hotel. I know it’s Christmas time and prices are high but for what I paid I expected a bit better. Very small, tired room with a wall view. Mediocre breakfast.

Very Good
The location is perfect. Close to the centre, close to the hipper areas of Neubau en Spittelberg and the area it is located in itself is a student area with nice cafes and restaurants. The style of the hotel is also very Viennese and elegant.
It was a bit warm in the room. There was an airco, but that was a bit noisy at night. But I am someone who gets warm very quickly so your milage may vary

Breakfast is perfect, delicious, and in a beautiful old-fashioned hall. Location is perfect, right next to the Chapel, and easy to go everywhere. Room is tidy and cozy for a solo journey.

The view from my very comfy little room was jaw droppingly beautiful: the Votiv Church just outside my large window. I didn’t have breakfast because although booking.com seemed to indicate it was included, it actually was not and would have cost 25 euros.
Honestly, everything about the hotel was wonderful - the location, the room & view, easy access from the underground and tram, friendly & helpful staff and an excellent restaurant?
I should have checked which museums and venues are closed on Mondays but it turns out that most are

The location was excellent and the hotel was very comfortable and the staff was very helpful and friendly.
The hotel rooms use keys and you have to leave it at the desk everything you leave.But is not bad but is something different than most hotel.

We completely enjoyed our stay at Hotel Regina. It is a beautiful old building, well maintained and what a joy to see our room overlooked the gorgeous cathedral next door. The staff were extremely friendly, offering 24 hour service and always greeted us with smiles wishing us a pleasant stay. It was a nice change after the previous city we had stayed in! I would definitely recommend this lodging to others. It was close enough to the sites we wished to see to be convenient and far enough away to give us quiet and solitude without noisy crowds and traffic. We only needed to use transit twice during our 3 day stay. Thanks for a lovely visit.
Only one thing is I had requested 2 twin beds. We were forewarned that it could not be guaranteed however so not a huge inconvenience that it was a double bed.

The hotel was in great aristocratic style! When you imagine austrian royal style - it's all there: red carpets, marble stairs, dark wood in furniture, and classic paintings everywhere! ? The hotel has a long history, and some vitrins about it, just like in museum. The room was also great - with air condition, greeting presents, very clean and with many cute decorations. Also there is a fridge with mini bar in room. The hotel has a nice restorant, in similar old style with great wine and dishes. Here is where a nice breakfast was served.
All was perfect, and I catch a deal of one hundred euros for the night, so the price also wasn't bad ?

Very nice hotel with a lot of history. Nice decorations and furniture.
The window was very narrow, meaning very short in width, although it was tall. The shower space was small. Sometimes you could hear noises from the room next door. They were noisy tourists.

Everything was great!!! Perfect location. Very good breakfast, clean and comfortable rooms, and helpful staff. Oh, and did I mention wonderful location.
I wish all hotels would hire more local people. It would be nice to get info from someone who lives in the area instead of having to look up info on the computer.
