The stuff was so helpful as well as covered with excellent breakfast. The room was cleaned every day and the location was in a quiet area but surrounded with many stores and decent restaurants. Public transport was just on 6-7 minutes walking distance (Metro and Tram).
The size of the room. For 4 member family it was a bit uncomfortable.

Great location, very nice service, clean rooms and most importantly absolutely fantastic breakfast! The downtown easily reachable by bus or tram, the train station is also very near. we loved our stay and definitely will come back!

Lovely and comfortable hotel room, with excellent customer service - the staff were a real standout, super helpful and friendly. Location was great, a 15 minute walk to the museums and old town. Highly recommend for a stay in Vienna!

excellent location and delicious breakfast
Our room in the "other building" was laud during the night due to water pipes; if someone is sensitive to these noises, ask for a difeerent room than 102. My bed was quite used and not straight at the middle, a newer mattress would increase the comfort of sleaping.
