room was clean and comfy. Staff was friendly. The location is not far away for the center, 20 30 min ...
The parking garage was full, and is also expensive... 28 euros for 1 night at another parking 5 min away, we had backpacks and was fine, but is you have larges languages is not so easy. The room was a little noisy, hard to fall asleep.

the staff were beyond helpful and cooperative. they helped with taxi pickups and also provided directions to the landmarks.
The rooms are a little small if you're travelling with a lot of luggage, and the absence of a wardrobe made dressing up and organizing your belongings quite challenging.

Wonderful
Very good location, very quiet, connected to city center and other destinations by public transport, and there are a range of restaurants and grocery stores in the area. The staff was very welcoming, helpful, and nice. Breakfast was great. The room was spacious and had all the amenities we were looking for.

Our room was perfect for our stay! We were in Vienna over Christmas and even received a letter and pannetone on Christmas eve. Breakfast was truly amazing, we had so many options available! The staff were really helpful as well with assistance regarding restaurant recommendations.
Maybe just some more comfortable pillows but other than that everything was great.

The hospitality of the staff, the cleanliness, the facilities and the fact that the location is close to coffee shops, restaurants and supermarket
It’s a bit far from center 30mins by tram, and 10mins from the tram station to the hotel. But it’s still convenient for traveling around.
There was continuous door clam noise (or from other facilities that I couldn’t define) on the 2nd night which woke me up.

The room was spacious and very comfortable. The room was warm which was perfect for the cold winter. The hotel is large and has multiple buildings but it was very quiet overall. The hotel was accessible via lots of public transportation and very near one of the train stations.
My room was on the 6th floor which does not have access to the elevator so I had to walk up from the 5th floor. If you have accessibility issues or lots of luggage I’d try to request a room not on the 6th floor in advance.
There were some gentlemen’s clubs near the hotel. It wasn’t a problem per say but might not be for everyone.

We had an excellent stay. The hotel was very clean, spacious, and extremely well equipped.
The room was large and comfortable, with high-quality amenities, and it was cleaned thoroughly every day.
Everything felt well maintained and thoughtfully taken care of.
We stayed for five nights as a couple and had a truly wonderful experience.
Highly recommended — we would definitely stay here again.

The room was super comfortable and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. The general atmosphere was great.
Although the room description mentions tea supplies, we were not provided with any tea bags, and when we asked for them in the reception they charged us 3,50 euros for a single tea bag.

The area was very nice and very close to multiple bus and tram stops. Very nice room, it was cozy and heated well.
The room was honestly next to a passing door and unfortunately every single time a person passed, they opened and closed the door hard and strongly that i couldn’t sleep. Also, the walls between the rooms are very thin and there is no isolation, so you can hear conversations. This was in building 2 of the hotel, not sure if other rooms in buildings 1 and 3 are different.
