Very comfortable mattress, plenty of hot water, breakfast was buffet and plenty of choices with quality food. Location was great for us as we were attending a concert at the Stadthalle. Kettles were available on request but no tea or coffee, milk available on request. The hotel was very clean.
Minor points: the towels were a bit scratchy. The room cleaning service took away the tea cups and they weren’t replaced, even though there was still a kettle in the room.

The overall experience was excellent. The hotel’s location is very convenient, with easy access to various public transportation options, and it is also situated in a nice, cozy area. The staff were very friendly and polite. The room was clean and warm. I would definitely stay at this hotel again on my next trip to Vienna.

The area was very nice and very close to multiple bus and tram stops. Very nice room, it was cozy and heated well.
The room was honestly next to a passing door and unfortunately every single time a person passed, they opened and closed the door hard and strongly that i couldn’t sleep. Also, the walls between the rooms are very thin and there is no isolation, so you can hear conversations. This was in building 2 of the hotel, not sure if other rooms in buildings 1 and 3 are different.

Quite a good location, only a short walk from the Museum Quartier. Very clean. Good sized room. Very good breakfast.
Only some fairly minor things. For example, there were not enough cups in the room. When I asked for extra it was as though they expected me to just take them from the breakfast area. They should also look at the size of their bath towels. They really are rather small.

Very clean apartment and good for families. The rooms are renovated in an old apartment.
We used uber to reach the city center.
They do not provide coffee machine/Kettle in all rooms

Oh the staff was great, in accomodating requests or support etc, true hospitality with a warm smile always was refreshing in this part of the world
