Loved the warm welcome and the flawless support and communication we had prior to our arrival. The hotel is well located, at a walking distance from Museumsquartier and its proximities. The breakfast was surprisingly varied and generous, and, attention coffee lovers, with really good coffee. However, the best part was that our furr-baby was not only allowed to accompany us, but he got lots of compliments and smiles, giving us the impression that they really enjoyed having pets as guests.
The room was very cold when we got there, but I assume it was an unintentional mismatch triggered by the unpredictable weather.

1)A bit far from center. 2) We asked for slippers and kettle and I was waving for more than an hour but never got it so we slept. There was no explanation maybe they simply forgot

Very comfortable, very good placement and close to the center, exceptional breakfast, frendly staff.
It s poorly sound isolated. I could hear noises and steps all night. Otherwise everything was very nice.
