Great location, walkable to city center or close to metro
Very welcoming and helpful staff.
Room is quite large, bed was very comfy, nice design everywhere, decent shampoo and creams available.
Lovely big terrace to chill and have good wine on.

Great location in Neubau. Room was nice, quiet and comfy. We didn't have breakfast there as many other options about.
Only negatives that they give you 2 single duvets for a double bed rather than a double duvet and that the curtains didn't shut out the light fully.

My best hotel in Vienna. Clean, nice, comfortable, excellent breakfast, cosy atmoshpere. Close to metro, tram, bus,... But close also to the city center - even on foot. Benefits: the windows can be opened and you have fresh air (for those who prefer this to AC) and large magnifying mirror in the bathroom.

I have nothing but positive things to say about our stay. First of all, the staff was very friendly, they welcomed us with a smile and they were very helpful during our stay. Also, the room was really nice! It was very very clean, very comfortable and with everything that we need. There was a coffee machine too which made our stay more convenient. The room was cleaned every day which we really appreciated. It was very nice coming back to a clean room every day. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. There are many stores, coffee shops, restaurants and supermarkets near the hotel. Also, it is very close to bus stops. However, we didn't need them as we were going everywhere on foot. It is about 35 min from the city center which I understand can be long for some people but the journey is really beautiful and it gives you the chance to see more things. Finally, they allowed us to leave our luggage in the hotel till we had to leave for our flight. I would highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely come back!
