The check in staff and check out front desk staff were very friendly , respectful and accommodating The location is very convenient to everything we needed, including subway station. The place was very roomy and clean. We will definitely return.

Large clean rooms, overall very comfortable (beds a bit hard for my liking but that's individual). breakfast was ample and had a great selection, especially compared to many other European hotels. location pretty convenient as well, with good access to two different U-Bahn stations (3-7 min walk).

We were pleased with the high standard of cleanliness. The room was not only spotless but also impressively spacious, providing ample room to move and settle in comfortably. This positive impression continued into the bathroom, which we also found to be unusually spacious and impeccably clean. The hotel's location was another significant advantage. It is perfectly situated in a very quiet and peaceful neighborhood, which was wonderful for getting a good night's sleep. However, this tranquility did not come at the cost of convenience. We were able to walk to the downtown core easily, and for other trips, the proximity to major bus, metro, and train stations was a fantastic benefit, making all our travel logistics incredibly simple.
While the hotel has its merits, there were two significant shortcomings that impacted the overall value of our stay. Firstly, given the premium rates we paid, we were very surprised and disappointed to discover that breakfast was not included. At this price point, a complimentary breakfast is a reasonable expectation, and its omission felt unjustified. Secondly, we found the bathroom appointments to be lacking a crucial feature for personal hygiene. The complete absence of any bidet facilities, or even a handheld bidet sprayer, was a major oversight. This is a standard amenity for many international travelers, and we consider it essential for proper hygiene

Very good breakfast with plenty of options and a pleasant atmosphere. Exceptionally quiet location - perfect for a good sleep. Interesting duplex-style room with two floors. Overall, very good value for the stay.
The mattress was uncomfortable. No ironing facilities available. Only basic toiletries (soap and shower gel) provided. The room had small windows and an angled ceiling, which made it feel a bit confined. While close to the city center, there are few bars or restaurants in the immediate area.

Great staff at the reception and for breakfast. They are real gems. Hotel location is decent - good walk to old town, and not noisy at night. Good eating places and metro nearby - walking distance.
Extremely slow internet. I could not get a stable or decent connection. The internet alone was a major spoiler of my impression of the hotel There is no electric kettle in the room, so tea lovers are at a disadvantage.

We had a lovely stay here. It was for our 1 year anniversary and the staff made it feel very special. Lovely hotel, lovely people, comfortable beds. Slightly out the centre but walkable. In a nice quiet area. Highly recommend.
