Wonderful
The first room we got wasn’t as pleasant as we expected, the ac didn’t work well and the lock was broken. We told the staff and they immediately helped us change the room. The other room’s bathroom was way better actually and the ac and lock were all good.
There is only one elevator and we waited for quite some time to get to the first floor (we stayed at the 7th floor).

Good location, close to the Danube Canal, with the city centre and access to public transport just the other side. Reasonable breakfast choice.
My room was next to the lift, which was noisy. The air conditioning was ineffective.

Great location, perfect base for old town sightseeing. Highly recommend for people who will not be spending a lot of time in the rooms. Food during breakfast was nice.
The air condition was only working in the warming mode, room was very hot even though the windows were open and it was cool outside. There was visable black mold in the bathroom.

- The hotel receptionists were well trained for customer service - SPAR supermarket is just 50 m walk from the hotel - Many breakfast options around the hotel
