Very clean rooms, renovated rooms, excellent venue. Very comfortable beds. Variety of food in breakfast
A bit expensive, but comprehensible because of being so well located. 5' to Stephenplatz, 12' to the Opera

Great location and amazing staff. Parking is expensive in Vienna but they accommodated with 7€ daily street parking passes. Super easy and as great value.

Relatively convenient for attractions. Good for public transit. Comfortable bed.
Teeny tiny room. No kettle for hot beverage, no mini fridge, postage stamp bathroom, low quality breakfast. Overpriced considering location and facilities. Comparable to a Motel 6 in amenities.

Hotel clean and conveniently located near a metro station. Many restaurants nearby to eat. Walking distance to st stephan cathedral and walking street. 1 metro stop to Vienna mall.

The reception staff were friendly, helpful and able to assist as needed. I felt comfortable right from my arrival.
There was nothing I didn't like but I did think the hotel was expensive for what it offered, compared with others I have stayed with in the same district.
