Staff and location were excellent! The room was very spacious. They even offered us apples and peanuts everyday at the room (a little detail that goes a long way). It's very easy to get anywhere -museums and areas of interest- walking from there Breakfast was a bit pricy but excellent.
Everything was pretty awesome!

Location, the staff at front desk were extremely helpful (thank you Alina and Camillo! And several other front desk staff were outstanding as well, I just don’t know their names.)the relaxed environment, (mostly because politeness of staff?!), and the spacious room.
The restaurant. Long, narrow and packed. Inexperienced or non thinking waitress set up the utensils and menu for me (a solo traveller) to sit facing the wall an arms length away, the other seat faced out to the courtyard. Average quality baked goods, (but excellent oatmeal). They only offer 28euro breakfast even if you only want oatmeal and coffee. It was very upsetting to hear the kitchen staff clearly sick, horrible cough and sneezing.. I couldn’t finish my food and left.

I loved everything about this hotel, would thoroughly recommend it to everyone. Ideal location and very friendly staff who go out of their way to make you feel welcome. A big shout out to the reception staff (thank you so much for letting me practise my German on you) Had a most marvellous time in Vienna and I can't wait to come back.
Nothing stands out but I think that you could include blackcurrant juice as part of your bar menu.

Our stay was wonderful! Everything exceeded my expectations. The staff was extremely pleasant, polite, and always willing to help, which made the experience even more enjoyable. The breakfast was very good, with a great variety of options, and the coffee they served was honestly the best! Additionally, the location of the hotel was the best choice we could have made, very convenient and perfectly situated. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!

This is a cozy, medium-size hotel located close to Vienna Opera and other places of interest in the old town. My did not have minibar which I missed but it was equipped with water and snacks so this side of stay worked well. Excellent breakfast and cheerful staff serving it.
Blanket was not very natural and sleeping during the first night was difficult. Removing blanket and sleeping with bed linen only helped to have good sleep.

Very Poor
The staff is extremely bad in service. I checked out on 02 March 2026 in the morning around 11:45am. The lady in the front desk skipped me and helping another customer. I told her that I am the first one waiting and she was shouting on me that was not her problem. She has no fault with it and pull a long face to me then talked about German with her staff to telling me that I am crazy. She may not know that I know some German. And i wan to file a serious complaint on her!!! That’s ridiculous and horrible service.
