Loved the location, the staff and the hotel itself!
Easy to get in and out of Vienna centre, plus locally a really nice selection of restaurants which we really enjoyed.

We appreciated the location and the history behind the hotel.
When we first got there we weren’t served right away from the front desk and were not told any info for instance that there were stairs on the 4th floor or given the history of the hotel.
We later spoke to staff who gave us a tour and took the time to let us know all about the hotel etc. from then on staff were wonderful.

The location was super good, close to the centre of Vienna, and very comfortable with very good breakfast!! The people and reception were so so kind and helpful
Just a little problem that our room doesn’t have a Refrigerator!, but the rest was very nice, super modern bathroom , very comfortable bed’s with Tv and also in classical model, so big room and big terrace.

The breakfast was indeed great, maybe the thing I appreciated the most about this hotel. Lot's of options to choose from.
A bit far off Wien central, and bus was the most frequent public transport option. Not on the hotels part, but I found the close by restaurants except one to not be service minded. Went to my last find and got seated right away despite no booking.

The room was spacious and comfy. We were able to put all of our luggage and the baby's luggage in the room including the portable baby cot. The staff were friendly and helpful and the breakfast was good. The public transport to the city center was convenient and the bus stop is just across the street. They had reserved us a parking spot in the underground garage per our request. The garage was directly connected to the hotel with a staircase.

The hotel is a picturesque place on the outskirts of Vienna. Although it takes almost 1 hour to get to the center, the connections are very good. There are plenty of restaurants very close to the location, offering traditional and international food of very good quality. The breakfast is exceptional, we stayed for 4 days and we didn't get bored of the food on offer. Room and bathroom cleaned daily. The weather was very cold and ugly, but the room was well heated, as was the entire hotel. It is clear that the owners do this job with pleasure. We must comeback during summer ...

Unfortunately there are a couple of stairs going to the rooms which makes it a bit uncomfortable for someone who’s got difficulty to walk or use a wheelchair.

The location is wonderful, at the edge of Vienna in the wine growing area. The area is charming with several wine taverns nearby. It's a short bus or tram ride into the center of Vienna. The bus stops nearby, but if you prefer the tram, it's about a 15-20 minute walk in an attractive neighborhood. The breakfast is fantastic. This is a homey inn and the staff is lovely.

Great staff and breakfast. The room was good. Free parking in the outside lot. Public transportation into the city center was good.
The WiFi was horrible. The price was very high for the facility. I'm staying in a much nicer place in Salzburg for 25 percent less.
