Disappointing
Good location.
I rarely write negative reviews but my stay here was truly disappointing the room was lacking proper hygiene, there were insects on the bed and wall and the overall cleanliness was unacceptable (see attached photos). The hallway was dark and poorly lit and had a spooky atmosphere that made me feel uneasy walking through it at night. The only positive thing I can say is that the hotel’s location is excellent right in the middle of a shopping area with plenty of restaurants and stores nearby and just a short walk to the train station. Unfortunately that convenience doesn’t make up for the lack of hygiene especially considering how expensive the price was. I wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel.

This was a unexpected surprise hotel when it came to the interior decor and design. What a pleasant place to stay with amazing architecture.
The rooms utilized every square inch with beautiful tapestry like wall coverings to hide the refrigerator, sink, etc. in what was a suite. Very conveniently located with an easy walk of approximately 15 to 20 minutes into the heart of the old city. The staff was very helpful. Would highly recommend this hotel for someone staying in Vienna.
