The exit.
Very hard, uncomfortable bed that only comes with a tiny single duvet. They refused to offer a double duvet, leaving it very cold at night. Staff not much interested in helping. it was so inadequate that I cut my stay short.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. I stayed in many beautiful hotels but Motto definitely became one of my favourites now. Their attention to details, quality of furniture and accessories and quirky design are amazing. There is an overall chic, relaxing and loungy atmosphere wherever you turn. And the staff is extremely nice and helpful. The hotel has an excellent restaurant and rooftop bar and a very nice spa. Looking forward to coming back to Motto!

In LOVE with the interior decoration of the rooms! Felt like royalty! The pillow/comforter set was deliciously comfortable. The eye for details with the decor is fabulous! You walk into the room and there is a hint of woodsy/floral scent and it makes everything feel fresh and clean! I love the plants at the entrance. I love the employee uniforms! Pretty much one of my most favorite hotels ever!
My room was tiny. My piece of luggage was a carry on suitcase and to unzip it meant to take up almost the entirety of any walking space. Definitely cramped. Pricey for the size.

The interior design and the decoration of this hotel is pretty amazing
But the size of the room is not quite fit for the big size luggages. We have two big luggages and only can totally open just one of them. I think it is more suitable for just short trip with one little luggage.

Beautiful every detail considered.Comfortable beds .Staff excellent especially Nora who helped us with restaurant bookings,museum visits,taxis and public transport.I cant say enough about what fabulous experience it was to stay here.

Beautiful interiors and style, delicious rooftop restaurant & lovely bathroom products!
Some small touches, some of which are picky but important:
1. No white sugar with the free tea or coffee and no dairy free milk
2. You should offer Hotel guests 10% off the restaurant (especially as we ate here 4 times and paid service charge each time!) you also MUST book which is annoying if you wanted to make a last minute decision to dine
3. We were on floor 6, just below the restaurant, you can hear the base of the music in the evenings from the floor above. This was a little annoying especially if you want an early night
4. For the price of the Deluxe Room, it is small. You would struggle to fit a large case in the room (we had two small ones and there wasnt much room to walk around)
5. Few more hangers in the wardrobe would have been helpful
6. No room service
