Wonderful
Gorgeous room. Lovely building. Great restaurant and bar. Nice attention to detail. Amazing bakery and cakes next door / downstairs. Roof terrace was nice with the sunny days & sauna / spa was also nice.
Just one thing my husband said pillows could have been better & the steam room was a bit small but that said couldn’t fault the hotel.

Everything. The restaurant was great too. I will return here on my next visit to Vienna. Whilst on this trip, which was part business and part leisure, I also stayed in a 5 star in the centre of town. I preferred Hotel Motto. The area is not as touristy and it seemed more grounded in Vienna.

I loved this sweet hotel/ Our room #408 was a corner room with amazing tile, glass, and space features including a little studio kitchen behind a fabric covered folding door. So so cool and great use of space. we were super content to hang out in the room. I felt like we were in a curated design exhibit that was so warm, comfortable and user friendly with great light and delightful details. Don't hesitate. Motto is a great and lovely spot. We ate breakfast both mornings in the restaurant up stairs which we learned is a popular local, not tourist brunch spot. I could have sat in that lovely room for hours. Felt like being in a plant filled geodesic almost dome. The food was tasty and beautiful and reasonably priced. I highly recommend the location and the hotel. The staff to a person was helpful, kind and truly sweet.

The hotel is amazing. All the details in the room, the lobby, the Paris 1920 atmosphere… waw it was a beautiful surprise. The lucation is excellent.

Really stylish, well designed and laid out room with excellent amenities. Cool decor & lots of additional touches that added to our comfort. Bed was super comfortable & room was very private and quiet. The restaurant food was absolutely excellent. Staff were friendly & super responsive on WhatsApp eg extra supplies came within minutes.

Unique design and amenities love the boutique feel
The reception or front desk staff. This was a recommended hotel from conde nast and so i would rely on there suggestions. Was not expecting this kind of service from a reliable source. The lobby was packed when we checked in and we were welcome by a group in the lobby and so we weren't welcomed the reception seem to be annoyed and stressed she even asked two different guest group at the same time "are you checking in with us? " Which was unprofessional did not expect that maybe for a hostel it can happen but this was a hotel. She wanted to check so she had to update housekeeping for room availability as she mentioned the luggage storage was a bit full for our luggages already. I just didn't expect this kind of service from them is all
