Loved the location and had a lovely large room. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was clean and quiet and offered many amenities.
The food at the terrace restaurant was not good.

Love the room design -and the turquoise and pink colour scheme of my room, lots of storage room to unpack. Great vibes -some 1920's elegance included. Excellent restaurant and bar -Chez Bernard -especially atmospheric at night with low lighting. Bonus terrace area. Lovely pink reception area with welcome drink (in a beautiful glass). Safe high street location -plenty around. Great coffee (& quiche) downstairs -in the hotel's picturesque coffee shop -Motto Brot. Peaceful relaxation room and sauna. Thick bedroom doors & soundproofing so no noise from corridors, etc. Loved it -especially the elegant, imaginative design features.

The location is perfect and the metro station is just next to the hotel. The neighborhood is lovely and there are a lot of good cafes and restaurants. My room was on the fourth floor and it was quite silent for such a busy neighborhood. It was spotlessly clean and the bed was comfortable. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I got an early check-in which was so kind. I couldn’t get a late check-out because the hotel was fully booked but they were nice enough to create a special card for me to use the spa facilities until I needed to leave for the airport.
It wasn’t always easy to get on the elevator because of the busy restaurant on the 6th floor. You can’t get room service and it can be hard to get a table for breakfast at the 6th-floor restaurant on the weekends unless you booked in advance.

There are simply not enough words to describe how charismatic, warm, and absolutely perfect this hotel is in every possible detail.
From the very first moment, the atmosphere feels special. The ladies at the reception are exceptionally kind, welcoming, and genuinely attentive, setting the tone for an outstanding stay. The architecture and interior design are beautifully curated – elegant, stylish, and full of thoughtful details that make the entire experience feel refined yet very comfortable.
A special highlight is the restaurant on the seventh floor. The breakfast is truly exceptional – not only because of the outstanding quality and variety of the food, but also because of the atmosphere, the service, and the overall energy of the place. Everything feels effortless, yet perfectly executed.
Overall, this hotel is much more than just accommodation – it is an experience in itself. Without a doubt, it was one of the absolute highlights of our stay in Vienna.

The location is great. Makes it easy to walk everywhere. You don’t need one of those Vienna cards I’d say if you stay there. The room we were in, we were on the main road but it just didn’t feel like it which was great. So quiet and quaint for a city getaway
If I had to do one criticism it was the journey to get there. It was well informed to a certain extent. The instructions didn’t explain when you buy airport transfer to the hotel main city you can get on the quick city train. It still suggested getting the cheaper line which just took us a little longer. But that’s my only critic because everything else was so good
