Helpful and friendly staff. Beautiful classic building and room. Very good location in a fun neighborhood with excellent access to public transportation.

Fantastic location, walking distance to lots of sights and the tram stopped right outside. The staff are fantastic - great communication ahead of our stay and they very kindly let us have the room early in the morning after our flight.
If you're a light sleeper then I'd recommend bringing earplugs as the tram was a bit noisy. I don't think it runs through the night, though, so only an issue if you want an early night or to sleep in.

Christina, one of the staff members was very kind and helpful. She made sure the room was ready early, which I desperately needed after an overnight flight with little sleep. She took the time to share things to do in the area and helped me plan out the transportation route for a day trip to Wachau, sending me train options over email. This kind of hospitality is rare and special. The location was fantastic, steps away from the tram, walking distance from museumsquartier, a short walk away to U line. Lots of great food and shopping options nearby.
The shower was a little bit tight, even as a smaller person.

I had a wonderful stay at Boutique Hotel Kugel Wein. From the moment I arrived, the service was absolutely fabulous—warm, personal, and attentive. The hotel is family-run, and that really shines through in the way the staff and owners go out of their way to make you feel welcome. Their communication was excellent, and they were always willing to help with anything I needed. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the centre of Vienna, which made exploring the city so easy. My room was beautiful, spotlessly clean, and equipped with all the facilities I needed for a comfortable stay. The hotel itself has a quaint, charming feel that adds so much character compared to larger, impersonal places. Overall, this is a true gem in Vienna. Comfortable, clean, and run with genuine care—Boutique Hotel Kugel Wein is a place I’d happily return to and recommend to others

The location was excellent with public transport options within metres or an easy 20 minute walk to the museum quarter. The host was exceptionally helpful with restaurant suggestions and places to visit.. The hotel has character and we enjoyed the personalised service.

I can not give my opinion about breakfast because we always had it in some Cafe, but room was very nice, comfortable and big, and very good location, we went walking everywhere
Maybe a bit short in facilities in the bathroom, only shower get, not shampoo or body lotion
