The staff were just so lovely. They were friendly and so helpful with suggestions etc. the property is in a fabulous location with great restaurants & shopping nearby. It is a short walk to the ring. The bed was comfy .
We were on floor one so if windows were open the Straßenbahn runs by and is noisy. If they are shut it’s not an issue. So maybe request an upper floor. The towels have seen better days and in our room the arm chair needed the upholstery cleaned.

It was very close to the city center and very accessible with the trams line. Restaurants and shopping store are just around the corner. The staff are very friendly and especially our front desk he is very nice and sharing so many recommendations of local restaurants and places to visit by foot. The bathroom is spacious and it’s good for couples only. Overall it’s amazing place.

Christina, one of the staff members was very kind and helpful. She made sure the room was ready early, which I desperately needed after an overnight flight with little sleep. She took the time to share things to do in the area and helped me plan out the transportation route for a day trip to Wachau, sending me train options over email. This kind of hospitality is rare and special. The location was fantastic, steps away from the tram, walking distance from museumsquartier, a short walk away to U line. Lots of great food and shopping options nearby.
The shower was a little bit tight, even as a smaller person.

The location could not be better. It was central yet quiet - public transportation in Vienna is superb and we were right near a bus and a metro although we are walkers so we walked everywhere.

The place is excellent and the neighborhood is very good. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is good coffee at the reception, and also tea and coffee in the room with a kettle, as well as fridge. And the most important- the hosts are super hospitable, they do their best for your stay to be pleasant and comfortable. They let me check in earlier and check out later, it was very touching. I will return again when in Vienna and recommend it to my friends

Loved the location in a fun part of Vienna walking distance to everything. Had an elevator so we didn’t have to lug the bags up! Extremely clean and the hosts were incredibly helpful!! Plenty of cafes and restaurants all around.
There was a team stop outside the window which is quite loud if you have the window open.

Classic hotel with many excellent small touches. Great breakfast and always top advice for museums and events around Vienna. Location is a neighborhood with easy connections to everywhere and hundreds of cafes and restaurants within walking distance.

Personels are super helpful. Hotel is at the very center of the city. I definitely recommend to everyone.
The elevator was broken when I went to hotel. The staff wanted to carry the suitcases themselves, he didn't let me carry them.
