All are good. The staff were incredibly welcoming and helpful, especially at the front desk. Room was spotlessly clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with a fantastic city view. Great value and a truly pleasant experience. I'll definitely be back!

Rooms were nicely appointed and the atrium bar is wonderful. Michael at the front desk went above and beyond to make sure the 5 of us were comfortable and taken care of. Location could not be better!

Location is excellent for visiting Vienna. Close to the U and St Stephensplatz. Very good breakfast.
Our room did not have an outside window. Window opened to enclosed courtyard/lobby. Stuffy.

Great location, charming hotel, 24 hour front desk, excellent (included) breakfasts, helpful and friendly staff, large guest rooms and comfortable beds, elegant bar on-site.
Our room faced into the interior courtyard, so no view outside, though that may have cut down street noise. Very deep tub was a bit difficult to navigate. Needed to ask for robes but available.

This was my 3rd stay and it's one of - if not the - favorite hotels in Vienna. The location is superb, the hotel is stunning and the staff - and I mean the entire staff - is amazing. Whether it's room service, breakfast or the lounge - everyone does a great job and is friendly. Everything in the room worked, it's clean and the lounge is nice.
It was a bit hot in my room and I had to keep the window tilted and turn the heater off. I did have some minor issues with the WiFi on my phone where some things didn't work, but it worked well on my laptop. It would be a great to have a gym, but very few hotels in the city center have one so it's expected.

we liked everything, the polit staff attitude, the very friendly and comfort room, excellent breakfast, top management guidance, quite and enjoyable patio to have a coffee with strudel cake, excellent central location, amongst other options the Konig of Ungarn proved that it was the right and best choice to stay

The location is perfect - right in the center but still quiet. There are many excellent restaurants close by. The rooms are spacious Will appointed and comfortable. And the breakfast is excellent!
