This place is so stylish - it is a feast for the eyes. It's also really comfortable - and very central. The transport links meant that we could easily get to all main attractions and back at night safely and conveniently. A cosy lounge with complimentary tea and coffee is available at all times. The beds were super comfortable and the breakfast was delicious and presented beautifully. The whole place is luxurious.

It was extremely clean. They cleaned while I was away even though I only stayed one night.
The staff were very nice.
The room interior is nice and new.
The pillows were very uncomfortable - flat with no filling.
The shower head had only a thin stream of water.

Great location, very engaged staff. Well-thought out rooms.
Unfortunately my room was directly located over the bar, which plays music until 3am on weekends.
Upon mentioning this to the staff they said they would call the bar and have them turn it down.
To pay over €100 per night for a room and then not be able to sleep properly (despite earplugs) is an absolute joke.

We loved Hotel Josefine and would return for any future Vienna trip!
Gorgeous decor, v comfy bed (we had an Ideale Plus room, which was spacious and very quiet with a nice garden/courtyard view) great location, staff couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful (also had great tips for cafes etc; we tried a few of their recommendations and they were all spot-on), and just a really lovely vibe to the whole place.
We were very sad to leave!
