The hotel is very interesting and characterful, and is supremely comfortable. The breakfast is excellent and set us up for the busy day ahead. The hotel is located close to the U-bahn, or just a half hour walk into the city centre. This location means it is a little more relaxed and the restaurants have an authentic and local feel. There's plenty to do close to the hotel. The staff were excellent; very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. We can't praise them highly enough.
Nothing - Die Josefine was the prefect base for our stay in Vienna and the start of our Austrian tour.

We loved the look and decor, so fun and swanky. The staff were amazing, especially the luggage attendant who showed us the room and lounge. Very comfortable bed and great shower. I think we liked the neighboring Spittelberg quarter better, but it’s very close and all the Vienna sights were accessible from this location. The bar in the hotel was fantastic. Overall, great experience - we would recommend.

I loved the atmosphere of the hotel, beautifully decorated. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The proximity to the Ubahn station was a bonus.
The AC was not great. I also think I would like it more if there was some kind of curtain that closed off the bathroom area.

The design is top notch and really sincere… this is not a boring box hotel that they dressed up with some art… every detail is thoughtful, authentic, rich. It’s a sincerely cool and comfortable place! The absolutely sensational breakfast that can be served to the room at no additional charge felt like a true luxury. Even staying in the smallest single room, this place felt like a treat. Returning to a (very average and fine) chain hotel for the next part of my trip was real let-down that underscored just how great it felt to be at Die Josefine.
I liked everything, but people with mobility challenges should note that it’s not fully accessible. There are are several steps up from the ground level to the reception and elevator; from the elevator on the third floor, I had to go down several steps to get to the room. This was all fine for me, but if you have trouble with stairs, this might not be comfortable for you. (I did not ask about accommodations and perhaps they have alternatives to the stairs. The staff is very attentive.)

This was my second stay at Hotel Josefine and everything was quite impressive. The location is really nice and close to the center. The hotel itself is quite charming and romantic. The room was very clean. The staff is very kind and attentive. The breakfast is incredible.
The elevator was a little slow. The tables in the room and the breakfast room were also a little small. These are relatively minor complaints but slightly bigger tables would be much nicer. But nothing else to complain about.

Excellent staff and food. Room we had was very spacious and clean. All the staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. 2mins walk to the train station and plenty of restaurants and shopping near by,
I can think hard but cannot find a single thing :)
