The ambience was great , i liked the free coffee buffet at the music room . so relaxing

Nice location nearby 2 subway stations and a few bus stations. Design of the hotel and the room, very nice lobby to rest and have a coffee with some pastries. Friendly staff. Comfortable bed with good pillows and nice shower. Quiet hotel.
The bar was slightly pretentious for what it actually was. Breakfast lacked sweet options. A few stuff were broken in the bedframe but it didn’t annoy us during sleep.

The location is great. Gorgeous decor, both in entrance/lobby and the room itself. Room is very spacious and cosy. Staff are very friendly and kind. They gave us a complimentary bottle of wine. They also found out that it’s my birthday because of a banner that my friend put up in our room, as I forgot to include this when I made the reservation. They gifted me chocolate and a card which I found very thoughtful. I will definitely be back. There’s an amazing bar downstairs with a very vast cocktail menu.
The only negative thing I can comment on is that one of the bedside tables did not have a socket for charger. Another thing that might not be for everyone is that there is minimal distinction between the bathroom and the rest of the room, there is a sliding door for both shower and toilet, but it didn’t close all the way.

The breakfasts were absolutely wonderful – delicious with an impressive variety to choose from. The way we were treated as newlyweds was incredibly thoughtful and heartwarming. The room was beautifully prepared with champagne and rose petals, which created such a magical atmosphere. Truly an unforgettable experience!

The hotel is very interesting and characterful, and is supremely comfortable. The breakfast is excellent and set us up for the busy day ahead.
The hotel is located close to the U-bahn, or just a half hour walk into the city centre. This location means it is a little more relaxed and the restaurants have an authentic and local feel. There's plenty to do close to the hotel.
The staff were excellent; very polite, knowledgeable and helpful. We can't praise them highly enough.
Nothing - Die Josefine was the prefect base for our stay in Vienna and the start of our Austrian tour.

Location: very close to U3, which can easily be reached by the airport or train station. Also very close to city but not noisy.
The hotel itself was stylish, chic, and whimsical. It is a very 1920 style with beautiful deco, and the room was clean, bright, and comfortable.
The staff were friendly and helpful. Want to say the woman who was running the breakfast room was really nice and attentive (unfortunately, I didn't get her name).
Hotel Josefine had just little extra touches in terms of service that made a big difference to our stay. Will book again.

We loved our 2 night stay at this beautiful quirky hotel. It was perfect for us for our first trip to Vienna. It was in a great location, the staff were super friendly and helpful, the beds were just the comfiest and our room was unbelievably quiet at night resulting in a great night's sleep.
If we return to Vienna we will definitely stay here again
