The design and decor of the rooms was exceptional and made good use of the space. Comfortable bed and easy to control the temperature of the room with the air-conditioning panel. Breakfast options were great and service was good on most mornings except on our last day. Reception staff were amazingly helpful and lovely. Barfly's Club is one of the best bars we have been too, with an extensive cocktail menu and great staff. The location was also good, close to 2 subway stations and a shopping street.

We booked for the decor. Loved the art deco vibe. The staff were very welcoming. Special shout out to Romel, who greeted us with a glass of champagne because we were travelling for our honeymoon
The breakfast has a weird system. There are essentially two menus. One is a breakfast buffet - so you pay a bit more and then eat as much as you like from half of the menu. And then they have a separate menu for individual items that are maybe not cost effective for them to include in the buffet. My wife is vegan and the only thing she could eat was from the buffet menu. So we ended up paying €50 on the first morning so that she could have breakfast at the hotel, even though she couldn't eat most of what she had paid to have access to. But to be fair, the food was great. Just not the best system for people with dietary restrictions There's also no kettle, tea or coffee in the room. The water doesn't get cold from the taps - regardless of how long it's running for. So it felt weird drinking it, although it was probably safe

We loved the look and decor, so fun and swanky. The staff were amazing, especially the luggage attendant who showed us the room and lounge. Very comfortable bed and great shower. I think we liked the neighboring Spittelberg quarter better, but it’s very close and all the Vienna sights were accessible from this location. The bar in the hotel was fantastic. Overall, great experience - we would recommend.

The hotel has a very unique and stylish interior design. Perfectly located, very quiet. Extremely helpful and attentive staff.
- Breakfast was unappetizing and served with dirty glasses; we only used it once despite it being included. - The upgraded room overlooked a dark courtyard instead of the street view we requested, and it remained gloomy even with the lights on. - The sink taps were installed in reverse, which was inconvenient. - The room lacked basic conveniences such as a wardrobe – there was only a single hanger for clothes. - The pillows were filled with feathers, but so poorly that they were almost flat, and on top of that, feather pillows are hardly acceptable in a modern hotel; we had to ask for replacements due to allergies. We would definitely not return.

Breakfast was exquisite and served à la carte, with delicious vegan options available. The hotel is located right by the shopping street, yet the rooms were very quiet and perfect for restful sleep.

I loved the atmosphere of the hotel, beautifully decorated. The staff was also very friendly and helpful. The proximity to the Ubahn station was a bonus.
The AC was not great. I also think I would like it more if there was some kind of curtain that closed off the bathroom area.

Lovely hotel in a great location, easy to access all the museums through public transport, staff were excellent and very helpful and breakfast was amazing, would definitely recommend to anyone!
