Excellent staff and food. Room we had was very spacious and clean. All the staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was delicious. 2mins walk to the train station and plenty of restaurants and shopping near by,

It was a very relaxing stay with wonderful decor and hospitality. So nice to receive a bottle of wine and have coffee and water at our disposal in a room where we could hang in and play records. The bar at the back is sensational with so many drinks to choose from. This hotel is in a very central location steps to stores and great spots to eat and have a coffee.

This Hotel is just gorgeous. The atmosphere is very chill, jazzy, 1920s style. The staff is super professional and friendly. The breakfast is truely superb. And I love that they use organic eggs. Thank you Milja for the lovely service and providing a great start of the day with your positive vibe.
I will definitely come back with my girlfriend.

I liked the style of the hotel, the decorations and the colours were brilliant. I liked the air conditioning. I liked that the hotel was close to the underground line and generally cenrtal. Staff were lovely and friendly
The plug socket behind my bed could have done with a bit more clearence to plug my phone into.

Lovely art deco style, super sumptuous furnishings. Lovely finishing touches like the lounge space, chandeliers and soft crooner music. The staff were also exceptionally friendly and helpful. They even made my birthday extra special by presenting me with a complimentary mouse cake. A very special place!
No storage space for suitcases or personal items. Dim lighting made it difficult getting ready in the morning. The bathroom (although unique!) wasn’t always the most functional.

Wonderful
A delightful, quirky hotel in the Mariahilf area of Vienna. The location is ideal for a short walk via a long shopping street into the historic centre of Vienna. It's a very quiet area which was perfect for us and the complimentary bottle of wine in the room was a nice touch as well as some information about the hotel's history.
The staff were uniformly excellent and helpful, especially the Croatian lady that served our breakfast. Talking of breakfast - it's worth staying here just for that. You can have as much as you want from the menu but it is all cooked & prepared especially for you rather than served buffet style. Not full up? Just order some more. It is a great way of serving breakfast and others can learn from it.
The only reason I haven't given a 10 is the layout/decor of the room. A sliding door serves both the toilet and the shower but only 1 at a time. I prefer a proper door separating the toilet from the bedroom. The bedroom was long & narrow and made getting in and out of bed slightly tricky and although I quite liked the quirky decor in the bathroom it could prove to be problem for some.
