Location was ideal. Lots of bars and restaurants around. Metro station 2 mins away also.

The details were incredible, the style is very maximalist art deco, but they have executed it in such a classy way. The room was so luxurious and comfortable! We were welcomed with a complimentary bottle of wine and sparkling water
which was so lovely, especially for the price point. Would recommend to anyone staying in Vienna due to its amazing central location, lovely staff and beautiful/ thoughtful amenities.

Well located, great decor, good-sized rooms, lovely bathroom, great to have a radio in the room. Staff was lovely. There were very charming decorations and a comfortable lounge.
Toilet paper was very low quality compared to everything else you offer. Robes were too small for both of us in the room. It would be nice to be given the choice before checking in. Shower area would be better with a curtain.

And design very well done. Proximity to the city centre attractions.
The toilet and shower could do with being a little more private, as it was just screened from room with a sliding door. Maybe a lick of paint in a few places where there was some touching up required but I’m probably being a bit picky!

From the moment we walked through the door, we were pleased. The aesthetic and attention to detail gave us the impression that this place is very special. This proved to be true. Every. Little. Detail. - in the rooms, the presentation of information, the breakfast, etc. The BEST part was the staff for their kindness, professionalism, warmth and friendliness. They were always helpful, engaged and asking us the right questions after our questions. They anticipated our needs and wants, made suggestions. The breakfast offering, setting and quality was superb as well - and delivered by the kind and accommodatting staff! The front desk staff persons who stood out were Anna and Sara. Thank you so very much!
The sliding door between shower and toilet room was clever ! However, being with my husband, we both still prefer a little more privacy and noise barrier : )

Excellent breakfast, most comfortable beds, exceptional service, every member of the staff is kind and very efficient, wonderful location. Everything is of very high quality.
The interior of the hotel and rooms is beautiful and very tasteful but the inconvenient design of the bathroom facilities makes using them a tricky experience. The sink is outside the bathroom right in the room as one enters, light above it is dim, mirror is not above the sink but shifted so my husband had a problem shaving. The shower splashes no matter how hard you try not to because there is no curtain or glass door. Sorry to say it, but it is as inconvenient as it is beautiful.
