I loved the atmosphere!! Everything was perfectly cleaned, the staff was super kind, they even recommend me places to eat that I loved! The thing I loved the most was that the hotel smelled AMAZING! Will be back for sure

This hotel was one of the nicest hotels I have ever stayed at! The staff was so welcoming, and the food was outstanding. I would recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Vienna. Great experience. Well done!

Actually I experienced that there was a mistake with my reservation and hotel hasn’t received timely. But hotel did for me reservation in another hotel and booked taxi. So I moved to another hotel and there everything was perfect - room as an upgrade to junior suite and breakfast was delicious. I’m a bit sad that I couldn’t stay in Josefine but may another day. Otherwise the overnight stay was excellent and thank you once again for humanity and arranging another hotel.

I liked the decor and the theme of the hotel . It was a lovely building with well maintained facilities. The staff were nice and pleasant
For women the lighting for make is very dim. No one answered the phone when I called reception. I asked for a hairdryer to be fixed and it took 24 hours to be replaced

Great staff, excellent breakfast, comfy bed and quiet room (401). A pleasant 15 min walk to the museum area.
Room was a wee bit small and only 1 sitting chair -- if weather was bad and you decided to stay in all day one might find it confining. That said we booked last minute and larger rooms are available., And we are the type to go out even if whether is rainy

Very much enjoyed my stay, and would recommend it to others. Great location - 30 min walk from the old town, and in a very cool neighborhood itself. I'd actually rather stay here than old town. The whole property looks amazing. Most of the staff were super nice. Very cool. Comfy beds, light AC for my fellow Americans (it isn't strong, but beggars can't be choosers in Europe!) and shower pressure was great. Pillows were actually great. Slept like a baby.
The night manager on Oct 4, 2026 at I think 8pm was a bit rude. (the new person working the desk was quite nice). Everyone else working there was great. Rooms are quite small, but you can see that in the photos. One thing to flag - no street noise, but you can easily hear your neighbors. Like really, really hear your neighbors. You can even hear if they move a hangar in their closet, you can hear them cough. Oh and laundry is insanely expensive! $4.90 just to wash a sock! $12+ to wash a shirt. I know they use an outsourced service, but wow, feels like a scam and they need to either not provide it or find something that isn't piggishly expensive. I'd still stay again.
