Great location, very comfortable bed, good choice of breakfast and extremely helpful Reception staff.
Rather than a bathroom, the loo and shower were effectively in cupboards off the main bedroom and the sink in an alcove. Would much prefer a proper bathroom.

My partner and I had the most amazing two-night stay at Josefine! We can’t thank the staff enough for making our time there so special. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and our room was incredibly comfortable, well-equipped, and stylish. We also loved the bar downstairs, which was the perfect place to relax in the evening. But more importantly, the warmth and hospitality we received made a lasting impression, and helped make the start of our trip truly unforgettable! Thank you so much for taking such great care of us. We sincerely hope to return and stay again in the future!

I had a wonderful stay at Eurostar Josefine. The staff is absolutely lovely. My room was upgraded and I was treated like a princess my whole stay. It was a dream. I enjoyed my morning coffee and cocktails in the bar in the evening. I loved the decoration of the hotel and the bed was extremely comfortable. I loved the small touches they left in the room- like bath salt and hand written notes. I wish I could have stayed forever.

During our stay, there was a problem with AC which was not communicated to us while booking, despite several complaints to hotel staff it was not fixed in all days. Hotel offered a fan to cool the room, which helped a bit. If I knew the AC problem, I would stay in another hotel.

As far as location is concerned, it was within walking distance to Westbahnhof, and it was in a nice quiet neighbourhood. Public transit from there to anywhere in the city was a breeze. Definitely on my list of places to stay at again should I find my way to Vienna one day.

A beautiful, charming hotel. I loved the design and the details. The complementary bottle of wine was a lovely, welcoming touch. Loved the bar and breakfast area, delicious and interesting breakfast options. A hotel with taste and personality. Beautiful bathroom products, and loved the robes.

Excellent breakfast, comfortable beds and the sweetest and most helpful staff! Nothing was ever a problem, and if it was they'd get on it straight away. Note that the person making the coffee during the week should give the person making it on the weekend a few pointers :)
If you are noise sensitive AT ALL, and want to sleep before 2 AM, this is not the place for you. At least on the first floor you can hear the bar - bring really good earplugs if you want to be able to fall asleep, which I don't think you should have to to a hotel this professional on all other points? I had to go down and complain about the noise (which was lowered, but it's not silent until the bar closes).
