Great location, very engaged staff. Well-thought out rooms.
Unfortunately my room was directly located over the bar, which plays music until 3am on weekends. Upon mentioning this to the staff they said they would call the bar and have them turn it down. To pay over €100 per night for a room and then not be able to sleep properly (despite earplugs) is an absolute joke.

We loved Hotel Josefine and would return for any future Vienna trip! Gorgeous decor, v comfy bed (we had an Ideale Plus room, which was spacious and very quiet with a nice garden/courtyard view) great location, staff couldn’t have been nicer or more helpful (also had great tips for cafes etc; we tried a few of their recommendations and they were all spot-on), and just a really lovely vibe to the whole place. We were very sad to leave!

The hotel had great character.
On our last day, the hot water was not there. The beds were too soft. There was a lot of noise coming from the hallways if someone was passing by or from the courtyard, probably from all the ventilation.

Amazing services, location and design! The team was very well prepared to receive me with a dog, they brought us a large bed, water bowls and snacks. And were genuinely amazing!
