The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and in a great location right next to the Taubstummengasse metro station, which made getting around really easy. The staff were friendly and accommodating. I arrived a few hours before the official check-in time and they let me check in early, which I really appreciated. The elevator was a helpful feature and added to the overall convenience. Plus, there are two cafés right opposite the hotel, so getting breakfast outside was convenient.
The air conditioning in the room was not very effective. Even after lowering the temperature, the room stayed quite warm and it was very uncomfortable at night. Breakfast options were limited, especially for vegetarians. There were more choices for non-vegetarians such as pork, ham, sausages and eggs. As someone who prefers vegetarian food, I found the lack of hot vegetarian items and the absence of pastries a bit disappointing. The selection mainly included different types of bread and buns. However, since there are cafés just across the street, it was not a big issue.

The room was well cleaned and exactly as described, with a very comfortable bed. Breakfast had plenty of options, including a cake and fresh fruit. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is great, there are multiple options for lunch/dinner at walking distance (including a lovely Japanese-fusion izakaya) and the metro station is just around the corner.
At breakfast, the quality of coffee and juices was quite low.

Hotel was in quiet area, but still some good restaurants nearby. Very easy to access by u-bahn and tram.
We liked the breakfast also.
The room was big and extra points for NOT having the carpeted floor.

Room very comfortable and was ready on arrival. Helpful staff. Spar supermarket was very close.
Breakfast was mediocre and expensive. But I guess Vienna is an expensive city.

Nice staff, great location, cozy and very nice "old style" hotel, though it has modern stuff inside too.
Breakfast could have a bit more variance and tastefulness for some groceries.
