We absolutely loved the location of Hotel Indigo Vienna – Naschmarkt — everything is within walking distance: Naschmarkt, the aquarium, and even the Opera is just about a 15-minute walk. The rooms are clean, stylish, and thoughtfully designed despite being compact. The staff was very friendly and responsive. We also appreciated the housekeeping-on-request concept — it worked perfectly, as any request (towels, cleaning, etc.) was handled immediately.

Very clean rooms, beautiful interior garden, overall very cozy place.
Staff in the reception and at breakfast very rarely smiled, seemed very cold and bothered by interaction with guests. Breakfast with very few options, refill was done with delay.

Very comfortable and stylish, great shower, great location right next to U bahn, lots of cafes, shops etc nearby. Seemed like a really good area to be.
Would have been nice to have some of the tea, water etc refilled during the stay.
