The room was clean and spacious. The bathroom was nice but could have used more hooks to hang our clothes and towels. The front reception staff and housekeeping were friendly and helpful. The hotel was located close to restaurants and the subway station was across the street. Some attractions were about 20 minutes walk from the hotel. We would stay at this hotel again.
We booked dinner at the Pilgrim hotel restaurant on Xmas eve. Our table had the 3 course set menu for $ 70 euro each. The duck was overcooked. We waited over an hour before we received our appetizers. The staff were not trained very well. The service was very bad and the staff were not friendly. We were constantly reminding the staff that we were still waiting for drinks, the next course etc. We had to tell 3 or 4 different waiters that we haven't received any food or drinks throughout our meal. We understand that Xmas eve is a busy night at the restaurant, but it is no excuse for the bad service we received. A simple apology would have been nice or a discount offer on our meal would have been appreciated.

I stayed in 4 different hotels during my vacation in Austria and Indigo had one of the best rooms/views of them all. Same with the breakfasts! Great place!
The laundry service was way too expensive and took wait too long. Other hotels had better prices and turn around time.

Hotel is really near city center, only 10 minutes by walk. It is also near one of the biggest markets in Vienna. Rooms are comfortable, quiet and clean.
Telling me that you are "saving the planet" by not cleaning rooms and changing towels just because I am there for 3 nights is just insane. Additionally, it was cold in our room and we were not able to increase temperature over 24, probably because hotel is trying to save money. Solution - they give you a portable heater :) For 1200e, that is just stupid.
Breakfast is nothing to write home about, it is really dull and basic.

The location was super easy access to both buses and a train. The hotel was beautiful, with some cute amenities and more space than most Vienna hotels. It was quiet and staff was friendly.
Be warned this is yet another hotel that doesn't have a door to enclose the shower (there is a separate WC for the toliet.) So be advised you won't have much privacy if with another person.

Everything was well kept. The staff were friendly and helpful. Our room had access to an open balcony overlooking the “courtyard” of the property.
The room was a little too warm and didn’t cool off enough for me to be able to sleep well. But, we were able to at least open the balcony door for some air to circulate. But the balcony is a shared one between the two adjacent rooms to ours.

Nice design and perfect location. The hotel is situated virtually in the inner yard garden. Very pleasant personnel. Good breakfast. It's rather new venue, so no wear out and I liked the overall design. And the spacious shower is top!
Floor sound isolation is rather mediocre. You can hear shifting furniture (chairs) and suitcases above. Also when the staff starts to clean other rooms, it can be pretty noisy. I needed to wake up early in the morning every day, so it was not an issue. However if you want to sleep longer, ask for the upper floor :-)

Location was within walking distance of old town (approx 30 minutes), but there was a metro station a block away.

All the staff including housekeeping were great and all spoke English. Plenty of choices from the breakfast buffet and you can order a few items as well. My room had a walk-in shower that was exceptional as I was able to get water from two shower heads. My motorcycle was secured in their underground parking. Bedding and pillows were excellant and the A/C blew cold air.
The gym/workout room is lacking. There are dumbbells, a bench and a few treadmills but that's it. There's plenty of room to add in a few other pieces of equipment. The "restaurant" is more of a bistro and is limited. At least in my room, the power outlets are by the bed only, if you have a lot of electronics to charge like I do, it's not enough.
