Hotel is either brand new or just refurbished to a very high standard. Room was comfortable and extremely quiet. U-Bahn is across the road and great dining choices in Naschmarkt. Mice outdoor spaces (when not raining). Spent 3 nights there and would happily return.

Our experience was less than ideal due to several issues related to cleanliness, maintenance, and service. On our first night, we discovered ants in the room. After contacting Reception, a staff member came with insect spray and suggested that we treat the affected areas immediately, as the ants were spreading to different spots around the room. Specifically suggested that I sprayed the areas myself. I do not think this is the ideal course of action to suggest to guests. As it was late and we were about to go to bed, I preferred not to have insecticide sprayed in the room at that time and instead requested that the issue be addressed by room service staff the following day. The next day, no one showed up, despite our explicit request and the fact that we had not placed a “Do Not Disturb” sign on the door. Although we had requested room service, beds were unmade, ants were still there, and obviously no one has sprayed the room. Upon checkout, a member of staff asked about our stay, and we explained the issue we had encountered. He assured us that he would look into the matter, but we never received any explanation, apology, or follow-up. While we understand that occasional issues can arise in any hotel, what was most disappointing was the lack of follow-through and communication after the problem had been reported. A simple acknowledgment or update would have gone a long way toward improving the overall experience.

Great location, easy to walk or cycle into centre, or get the underground. Room was very clean, new and nicely designed. Beds were comfortable, very quiet at night even though we were on ground floor. Overall no complaints. A nice surprise was a birthday card and cake waiting for me in my room from the hotel - nice gesture!
