Super nice, clean and well-decorated hotel, with good connections to the city center. The rooms were clean, super comfy and quiet, and the staff extremely helpful throughout our stay which made the experience even better. We initially planned to stay for a short duration while traveling in Austria, but we liked the hotel so much that we asked to extend our stay. We even had our NYE dinner there. Overall, it was a great surprise and we really enjoyed it!
Although not a negative for our stay per se, but the service at the lobby bar and the restaurant downstairs were missing... We had dinner, coffee and drinks at the lobby bar on several occasions, and it was always a 'meh' experience. A slow and understaffed bar that also lacked the charm that the front desk reception offered. Same thing for the restaurant during the NYE dinner (although I can imagine this was a stressful event for them). Still, there was a visible contrast in the service on that regard.

Good selection for breakfast. Lovely area and the staff were super friendly and helpful. Was a little pricey but decent overall.

Close to U bahn station Staff are trying to be helpful despite the hardware not working
Dysfunctional AC - no temperature control at all, very hot room (room is close to 24-25C despite AC stating it’s 18C) and fridge with no cooling function at all.
