The staff spoiled us rotten and treated us like royalty- from the front door to the breakfast daily and bar- they were amazing. The rooms were gorgeous. The beds were so good we could barely bring ourselves to get up in the morning. The sheets were like silk and I looked them up to buy- $1000 just for the sheets not counting duvet cover and shams. No wonder... Breakfast included very good French Champagne and our server Mladen was exceptional.
Nothing to not like here. It was perfect and no improvement can be suggested in any way.

I have stayed here several times in the past 5 years.
The Concierge staff are splendid. Sunday brunch was delicious as always. I had become ill so Attila wheeled me into the brunch. They also obtained a front row ticket to the Opera the day I arrived from Barcelona. They also provided me with a chauffeur for a 7:45 flight back to my home town San Francisco.

Great historic property and we did alsorhe rour of the hotel including Marmorsaal and the Banquet Hall . Breakfast buffet at it’s finest and the Imperial Torte ( very old recipe) rivals the Sacher one.
The rooms are larger than regular hotel rooms and the attention to detail and cleaning are exceptional
Very helpful front desk personal handling restaurant reservations and booking shows at Opera , etc in a timely fashion
The furniture is mostly authentic but some pieces could benefit from an upgrade

This property should receive a 15. The entry and rooms make you feel like royalty. The beds were so comfortable that the only thing to make us wake up was the thought of having an amazing breakfast. The staff attentive to you needs and carry themselves with pride and professionalism. Use the concierge the service they will make you trip better.
Nothing could have been better. This is a working palace and you get experience the life of European nobility. Everything is truly exceptional.

This is a luxurious historic hotel that is both beautiful and very functional. Located in the city center, it is easy walking distance to most main attractions, including the music hall and opera. The staff are outstanding - both well trained and friendly. We could not have hoped for better.

What to say? How to start? Wow. This night was the greatest night my children and I have ever had and we travel A LOT. From the time of check by Mr. Ozdemir, to every bitty bit of every detail; it was perfection. The staff was the most kind, caring, generous and wonderful people we've ever had the pleasure of meeting in a hotel. This stay was over the top beautiful, we all felt like we were dreaming. The bar and restaurant was so enjoyable. Everything was top-notch. This will so hard to top in our future travels. Thank you, so very much, Mr. Ozdemir, for making our entire trip so much better. We will never forget you and may God bless you and all that you do.

The hotel comes as advertised, high class, great location, amazing rooms and decor.
The value is debatable, it's highly priced, including the breakfast. Also, there were some misunderstandings about my room which were cleared up, but could have been handled better.

The location, room had vaulted ceilings with a huge chandelier and painting adorning the room. Beautiful balcony but no seating. Frette linens were comfortable
The single beds. The rooms, especially bathroom, need an update. The bathroom is super dated. For the price that shouldn’t be the case. Tub is hard to climb over to shower. Bathroom looked dingy. Bad lighting in bathroom. Repaint the bedroom. Clean the drapes. Put seating on balcony. Need more outlets. Room was hot. Need better HVAC.

Our stay at this hotel was simply fantastic. Every aspect of it exceeded our expectations, from the beautiful room to the generous and delicious breakfast buffet. The staff were exceptionally professional, always ready to help with a smile. The location, right in the heart of historic Vienna, made it easy to explore the city's main attractions on foot. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would gladly return.
