Location is excellent. Breakfast is very good, breakfast room and outside terrace absolute tops. The building and its history are a rarity and it is magnificent. The bed was one of the very best I have ever encountered. And front desk staff is very helpful, arranged for castle visit and train tickets.

Construction all around us and locked in the floor with shut doors. A nightmare.

Beds were comfy, linens soft and fluffy, perfect pillows! Staff were wonderful and helpful. Breakfast was full of options and all delicious, cafe was lovely. The hotel is a vibe in itself, I would stay again and again!

The staff spoiled us rotten and treated us like royalty- from the front door to the breakfast daily and bar- they were amazing. The rooms were gorgeous. The beds were so good we could barely bring ourselves to get up in the morning. The sheets were like silk and I looked them up to buy- $1000 just for the sheets not counting duvet cover and shams. No wonder... Breakfast included very good French Champagne and our server Mladen was exceptional.
Nothing to not like here. It was perfect and no improvement can be suggested in any way.

I have stayed here several times in the past 5 years.
The Concierge staff are splendid. Sunday brunch was delicious as always. I had become ill so Attila wheeled me into the brunch. They also obtained a front row ticket to the Opera the day I arrived from Barcelona. They also provided me with a chauffeur for a 7:45 flight back to my home town San Francisco.
No complaints.

A truly exceptional property. The dining options were outstanding and the bar phenomenal. The location was central to the historical center of Vienna. And the staff was awesome.

Great historic property and we did alsorhe rour of the hotel including Marmorsaal and the Banquet Hall . Breakfast buffet at it’s finest and the Imperial Torte ( very old recipe) rivals the Sacher one.
The rooms are larger than regular hotel rooms and the attention to detail and cleaning are exceptional
Very helpful front desk personal handling restaurant reservations and booking shows at Opera , etc in a timely fashion
The furniture is mostly authentic but some pieces could benefit from an upgrade
