Centrally located, property is well maintained and clean. Breakfast buffet is correct. The staff at the front desk were super friendly and nice.
Our room was small. The bathrooms have few basic amenities (no shampoo, cream). The staff at the breakfast buffet are kinda rude to guests… for the price-quality proportion, some things could be improved.

Very friendly personnel and stylish rooms and. Location close to the subway.
We would prefer filter coffee for breakfast. Quite a lot noise from outside during the night. Pillows not very comfortable

The rooms are large, clean and the beds are comfortable. It's only 10 mins walk from Karlsplatz station
It's very old fashioned. I haven't had to leave my room key with reception since 1974! There's only one small lift, there's no room service and apart from 1 young man on reception the staff are unwelcoming. The bathroom needs updating - you need to step over the side of the bathtub to get into the shower area and remember not to bang your leg on the the taps when showering. Even though we had paid for the room we decided to move elsewhere.

Hotel is very well located, close to Naschmarkt and many other sights, very clean, quiet, well-equipped rooms, Wiener Charme and the staff really extremely helpful and friendly. Great stay. I and several colleagues want to go back with our respective families for a private visit of this fantastic city and to stay in Hotel Erzherzog Rainer.
