The staff were incredibly helpful and provided us with a list of places to visit which are not on the normal tourist trail. The choice available for breakfast was excellent. Our bedroom was quiet and comfortable.

Hotel.situated in a very quiet area, about 15 minutes walk from the city centre and main train station.., and a 2 mins walk .from a metro which takes you to any where in the city for 3.20 euros, one time only journey The hotel hall and room carpets have recently been renewed , along with fresh paint. Room was large and bright. .Hotel serves a breakfast with great selection, and finally, the reception staff were all so informative and helpful

The location if the hotel was perfect, a 20 minute walk to the centre and sites of Vienna or a 20 minute walk in another direction to Belvedere Palace.

Good location. Front desk staffs are nice.
Cheapest hairdryer I’ve ever seen in a hotel. The key system is inconvenient. The breakfast host made me very uncomfortable and I am pretty sure I wasn’t the only one felt uncomfortable. I just don’t want to have another breakfast there.
