The location was very good, 15 mins walk from almost every attraction in the center of the city. The neighbourhood was quiet and the tram station is right across the street, so very convenient.
The bathtub felt a little too tight and narrow.

The staff was friendly, courteous and tremendously helpful. The room was cozy with a delicious shower and a lovely balcony to take a morning coffee and deep breath of fresh, Viennese air! Close proximity to Secession, Naschmarkt, The Belvederes, etc. A quiet area that didn't feel too far off the heart of the city. Breakfast was ample and delicious.

Well organized and clean(thanks for the cleaning staff!!!), a spacious room, decent furniture(bed and chairs) and private bathroom. We enjoyed the stay in this traditionally old, in a good way and breakfast.
Most staff is good but some aren't suitable for this 4-stars hotel.

Hotel was superb, extra touches from the complimentary drink on arrival and the turn down service. Room was spotless, breakfast had plenty of choice and very enjoyable. Reception and waiting staff extremely helpful and polite
Barmaid had poor customer service skills. She would be more suited to a behind the scene role as opposed to front of house. Aggressive tone and unfriendly

I loved everything about this hotel! Great location, super comfy room and bed. The rooftop bar was l and the staff were so great!! I would not hesitate to stay there again. Plus they give you a welcome drink at the rooftop bar AND a bottle of wine in your room!

Very comfortable room, great breakfast, and very helpful and friendly staff! The location was just ideal, within a short walk to all places in the inner-city (the museums, Musikverein, Konzerthaus, Opera), to the Belvedere, and even to the train station.
I wish the window in my room on the 5th floor was a bit bigger. Otherwise everything was perfect.
