Wonderful
The staff were brilliant throughout - professional and always willing to help. The hotel is spotless and furnished to a really high standard.All in all a wonderful stay in a hotel that has a refreshing individual feel to it - exceeding many of the hotel chains!!
I think it would benefit from having a bar - somewhere to relax after a day of sightseeing around the city. One other concern was that my upper floor bedroom window opened fully - just a concern in particular with children.

Excellent breakfast and restaurant facilities for dinner. Room and bathroom well equipped and beautifully clean.
Room and bathroom were a bit on the small side but well designed to make best use of the space.

The hotel is situated in an excellent location, in a quiet and pleasant neighborhood. The metro station is just a five-minute walk away, making it very convenient for getting around the city. Everything was spotlessly clean, and the room was spacious and comfortable. From the moment we arrived, the staff were extremely polite, welcoming, and ready to assist with anything we needed. It was truly a wonderful stay.

Somewhat old-fashioned but beautiful hotel. The location is excellent, within walking distance of almost all museums and the city centre. The staff is very friendly, breakfast and dinner at the restaurant are very good.
The room we had was nice but a bit small with unfortunately a narrow bathtub, which is not very comfortable. The bed is too short with a rather sharp edge at the end. The mattresses and the pillows are not firm enough, this could be improved.

breakfast delicious, room perfect, clean, tidy, comfortable and very quiet.
Location - easy walk into the city centre.
Staff (reception, cleaner, breakfast staff and chefs) were very courteous and polite, attentive to our questions and knowledgeable. nothing was too much trouble. The daily apple in reception was a brilliant touch.

The staff was very polite, friendly and hospitable. The location is great - close to the tram stop and close to the city centre. The room was cosy and clean (cleaners came in every day, which was amazing). Even though the interior style was classic, the facilities were very good. Bathroom was spacious and had a heater. The hotel has its own rich history and you can see it while staying there. I liked it very much. My room had a balcony, which was amazing, I felt very lucky. I came there on my birthday and was very happy I chose this hotel :)

Location is good, close to all kinds of attractions, good bars and restaurants. There's a nice statue of a woman in the stairwell.
Paneling is worn and dingey, which makes the entire room much less than luxurious. Our booking was for "street view" but the room we got was facing a small, dark inner courtyard. The desk person said they were fully booked, so there was nothing she could do. However, she told us that our booking included breakfast, and, as we remembered it was not included on Booking, so we asked in the morning before eating anything. It turned out she was wrong.
