Very comfortable hotel, spotless, interesting history and very quiet and warm, bed was very comfortable.
In excellent location, tram stop outside and u bahn stop 4 mins away, we easily got to all the main sites and walked from hotel as well. Good little Italian restaurant next door in the square which was handy one evening when we were in a rush before the opera we.
Fabulous breakfast buffet. Great staff
Loved our stay so nothing really, only thing I could say is size of room was on the smaller size.

Good location, very good cleaning, very delicious breakfast.
The hotel restaurant was really good
The blanket in the room was a little bit small.
This is not related to the hotel but booking.com is hacked and I received a scam message from the booking.com platform which leads to a fake booking.com site to steal credit card information.
It is a disaster that booking.com is doing nothing about this and not warning the clients.
They don't have a proper customer support, be careful with your bookings.

Booking.com allowed their system to be hacked and unfortunately I ended up providing credit card details in response to a message that came via Booking.com platform / app. My colleague staying in another hotel was informed that Booking.com was hacked and that this was a scam, yet I am still waiting for a customer service response to my query lodged last week. If the credit card I provided ends up being hacked, I will take Booking.com to the court. In addition, I am reporting this to trading standards and also my local MP.

An traditional style hotel in quiet neighbourhood. Rooms were simple but comfortable. Perhaps a little dated but clean and adequately furnished. Staff were a little formal but that might be typical of the city
