The location is perfect. It is very close to Belvedere and St. Charles’s Church. U1 Metro stop and tram 1 are just 3-5 min away. The staff was so kind and helpful. The breakfast was nice. There are variety of choice, quality and taste is good. My room was clean and I had everything that I needed. Cleaning service was also good. The lady was so kind.

The staff were amazing. I didn't see any sad staff all throughout my shift. Yurile (sorry if I got the spelling wrong) and Sara were amazing. The chef was so kind to make me a cake and special recipe for my birthday. It was a short trip but with how every staff member I met was eager to assist, I will be back. It was beautiful hotel. My best one was being in a room that has a very clean toilet and there was no stain on the carpet which is my thing in a hotel. My birthday was worth spending there. Thanks everyone for the good work. Expect me again.
Filling the shower gel very well but it was not something to hold against them.

Very clean, great location we took a 1 train car that took us in the center city.The breakfast was delicious and they offered Gluten free bread on requests . The staff at front desk were very helpful and friendly .All the stuff in the hotel were very friendly and nice.

1.payment in cash at the hotel's desk for the restaurant was not carried according to the local hotel's system and I had to show the receipt that the payment was made, if the receipt had not been saved, I would have had to pay again, but the leady in reception desk was trusting and everything ended well, but the sediment remained
2.the general air conditioning system is not controlled from the room, it is not possible to change the air flow or turn it off

This is an excellent hotel in the middle of Vienna with great rooms for business stay for 2-3 days. And next to the hotel is great wine-bar - Winzerkoning.
The pipes need cleaning. The mold smell is unpleasant in the bathroom. Otherwise great place.

In a 4 star I'd like to see a simple capsule coffee machine instead of sticks with instance shitty coffee, and I there wasn't hair conditioner or body lotion in the bathroom, which is also a standard these days.

Excellent location. The staff were super helpful. Breakfast was delicious. Wifi was excellent. And the bed was super comfortable.
