Wonderful
Lovely restored hotel, helpful and friendly staff, rooms well appointed and comfortable.
Breakfast was limited and once things ran out they took forever to replenish them.

Comfortable warm enough room. Nice staff particularly the reception staff
The bath with shower was very slim in size and not too easy to get out of

Wonderful
Fantastic location, friendly staff with a smile, comfortable room
The heating in the room was on in October, and it was not possible to turn on the air conditioning to cool the room.

Very Good
The hotel was clean, comfortable and within easy access to the centre of Vienna. The room was spacious and coffee, tea etc were provided.Access to the underground and buses was really good.5 minutes walk to either.
My one complaint has to be a faulty heater in the room next door..A loud clanking sound from the pipes that happened three times. The noise was very loud for some time. The first time about 6pm it was dealt with straight away. The heater was turned off and the noise stopped.
The second time it started at 6.45 in the morning and despite us phoning to report it no-one came to switch it off.It happened again a third time and a maintenance man came to switch it off.Soon as someone came and heard it themselves they went in and turned it off.
