The hotel is very clean, the staff is friendly and helpful. The breakfast is varied and well organized. The garage is available on request, it is very close to the hotel. The location of the hotel is exceptional, very close to the public transport hub from where you can reach any part of the city.

Great central location for exploring Vienna. Nice, comfortable and spacious rooms. Good breakfast selection. Very friendly and helpful staff. We stayed here for the third time, so that should say something.
Nearby roadworks were very noisy during the night hours. However, staff handled it very well and offered us a room on the far end of the hotel.

Very nice room plenty big enough.. Newly refurbished. Bathroom. With bath. Good coffee machine. Lobby offered Apples and water. Bar pleasant if small. Staff excellent.
Location excellent- walked mostly everywhere and got tram to Prater and train to Schonbrunn very easily.
Didn't have breakfast
Because no carpets in rooms and corridors there was noise from above.
Room very hot and air con ineffective and too noisy to sleep with anyway. Street noise meant couldnt open windows.
Street noise from roadworks was very disturbing one night and quite bad another night.
A shame as it was otherwise fine.

A wonderful stay in the heart of Rome! The apartment is beautiful and very comfortable — just a few steps from the Spanish Steps. The rooms are large, with soft Frette sheets and towels, a modern kitchen. Everything was perfectly clean, with lovely bath products and many small touches that made us feel at home. The hosts were amazing — always in touch and very helpful with our luggage. With such comfort and warm hospitality, the stairs didn’t matter at all. I’d be happy to stay here again

Welcoming staff, superb breakfast, cosy bar, easy walking distance of shops, cafes and restaurants.
Unfortunately there were stains on the mattress cover and very unpleasant stains on the duvet itself. When I informed reception we were offered a new room but as it was late we declined and everything was rectified fully the following day.

Very good breakfast, various foods, exactly vegan as like seeds of chia with mango pure.
Crepes with sweet cheese was delicious and soft.
Should be perfect to have more choice for croissants.
We loved enjoying our breakfast in the beautiful quiet morning in Majestic city of Vienna .

The location was excellent, really central. The hotel staff were very pleasant and they stored our bags for us securely. The breakfast was amazing and the hotel was very clean and pleasant everywhere.
The hotel used a taxi company to take us back to the airport that charged more than the standard fare and asked for cash. The timing for the hotel room refresh didn't fit with our visits back to the hotel and so the room wasn't refreshed each day.
