Very good location , east to walk to downtown and attractive places. Very convenient for shopping and eating. Really appreciate that hotel let us earlier check in. There are hot and cold water provided for 24 hours. Very customer friendly. All staffs are very nice.

The location was pretty good, but the street it is on is somewhat dead/empty. Would have been nice with a cafe next door.
The beds were very comfortable
The shower was in a narrow tub, which was uncomfortable.
The corridor/hallway was extremely noisy. The stairwell is open, and all surfaces are concrete, so every footstep and door closing was amplified and disrupted sleep.

Very good location in a quiet part of the old centre but within a 10-15 minute walk to the centre of the action around the State Opera house. We enjoyed coming back to this quieter zone after a day battling the hordes elsewhere. Room was comfortable and breakfast provided, although not extensive, was perfectly adequate. There is a Billa and an Hofman supermarket just down the street. A smallish, boutique hotel with clean, modern rooms and it hits the mark well.
A relatively expensive option but this is Vienna after all and that is the name of the game here whether it be accomodation or dining.
