You cannot choose your neighbors, but it’s not pleasant to hear in the night their running noise from the upper floor (otherwise the walls of my room were well isolated).

Several points worth mentioning. First, the staff were absolutely amazing they did everything possible to make our stay comfortable, especially when it came to accommodating our child’s needs. The location is perfect: close to the city center but away from the crowded, touristy streets. The cleanliness was exceptional. We loved our stay and will definitely return if we visit Vienna again. P.S. There’s a convenience store just a five-minute walk from the hotel.

We loved the location — walking distance to everything in central Vienna, yet quiet and just a bit off the beaten track. Wonderful service and absolutely fantastic breakfast. The room was comfortable and had all the amenities we wanted.
The mattress wasn’t comfy—perhaps past its prime. That was the only minus.

I had a wonderful stay at Boutique Hotel Das Tigra. The location is absolutely perfect — right in the city center, within walking distance of major attractions, shops, restaurants, and public transport.
The room was very clean, comfortable, and quiet, which made it easy to relax after a long day of sightseeing. The hotel has a cozy boutique atmosphere, and everything felt well maintained.
The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with directions or recommendations. Breakfast was excellent, with a good variety of fresh and high-quality options.
Overall, this hotel offers great comfort, outstanding service, and an unbeatable location. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Vienna.

It is fairly close to tourist sites. We visited during Christmas markets and there were three (including the Rathaus) in close proximity. The bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good.
Our room was not very functional. We had no place for our luggage. Had to ask for a luggage rack and we also used the long desktop for a suitcase. I understand it is a very old building, but the space in our guest room could have been used better. Only one side of the bed had a USB outlet. We would have appreciated a larger area in the lobby to gather with friends.

There seemed to be some miscommunication with my booking. I may have made an error when I made my booking, but the hotel thought we had asked for a child's bed to made in the room. We don't have children so this wasn't necessary. When we got to the room we just folded up the bedding and the staff took it away when housekeeping visited the following day. The positive was that it meant he had a large room with a sofa and sitting area we were able to enjoy. The room was clean and the staff were polite. The location was good, and we were able to easily walk to most of the major sites.
