It was a last minute booking. The Staff were helpful and pleasant. They cared. The room was alright too. Nothing great.
Nothing extra-ordinary. It wasn't an experience to stay here. It was just a place to lay down and spend the night!

I liked the nice old guy From recepion he was very nice to us
The black lady was very mean, she will give you a mean face and she will look at you with evil eyes. I didn t like her because she doesnt care about clean and to make her guest to feel confortable. And the black lady it S very dangerous.

Disappointing
The patio was very nice. And also the location since it was in front of the train station.
The receptionist was nice at first but we kept having to ask her up to 3 times for extra towels. We tried getting coffee but she says it was too loud for the upstairs people. But that same night there was a crowd right outside our window being really loud ALL night and she didn't tell them anything. We've asked her to lock our door since she didn't give us a key but we kept coming back to an unlocked room even after we told her various times.

Good location, comfortable bed. There is electric cattle and 2 cups with some tea bags in the room. In the bathroom the have soap and shampoo.

The staff is nice and smiley, the location is not that good but is right outside the ubhan (metro) exit.
Location, it's in a not so good place.
The sheets of the bed were dirty, some small blood stain and body hair. We asked to changed room but the second one was in similar condition and with separate beds so we come back to the first one (double bed). The bad was also smelly. The rest of the room was clean, but the bed..

Disappointing
No WI-FI in the room, and I asked for breakfast in the morning to which the personnel said okay. However, when I came down for breakfast, there was nothing - personnel just told me they did not want to make it, as there were not enough guests. So strange? Why say yes and then decide no once its relevant? Went to a business meeting on an empty stomach.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. I could leave the luggage there before check-in and it was fine when I arrived, even though it was just left in the reception (and not in a closed room or individual locker as I thought would happen).
One of the towels had some small stains.
