The location was decently accessible and the staff were very professional. Rooms themselves were slightly dated - had some issues with the shower but apart from that generally comfortable. Breakfast was very good.

Great staff and nice hotel, you could walk to the centre and park your car nearby. Also shops are in very close range. My room was on the 3rd floor (single room) with a refurbished bathroom, comfortable bad. Breakfast was nice and the waiters were extra polite. Orange juice and coffee was original. eggs also (not from powder).
The walls are a little thin, but that is common in hotels.

Generally very helpful staff, worthy of raises. Helpful about grocery store next door for evening check in. Help about tourist information and information about using trams. Good breakfasts.
Nothing I didn´t like. The room was a bit small, but I was alone, so that all worked out okay.

Hotel is beautiful and customer service is great. Breakfast is excellent.
Parking is quite expensive and the rooms are extremely small. Feels claustrophobic. The toilet is a bit dated and some issue with sewage that smells bad.

Everything is well tended to, with a lot of care, and the breakfast is amazing. The hotel couldn’t be more conveniently located in Central Vienna, for transportation to the airport.
There was really nothing at all that I would complain about.

This is an older facility that could use some updating but for the price is fine
Aesthetics were worn and out of date. The area was not that nice. Okay for business travel or looking for a deal. Not great for a special couples stay in Vienna

Location and Hotel were great! The staff was great and so very helpful. They also remembered my fiancé's birthday with a lovely card and bottle of wine. The breakfast was EXCELLENT!!! We wish we had an additional couple of days to spend there.
