Located in the real part of Vienna where people live. Walking distance to the Ubarn and all shops. Close to the HBF. The hotel was neat and clean. Friendly and helpful staff. Great breakfast was included.

A really excellent breakfast. Breads were fresh and the scrambled eggs were creamy. The room was enormous. Secure parking was worth the money. Public transport was close by and easy to navigate
No tea or coffee making facilities in the room.

Really nice staff
I would not book a stay in this area of the city. Everyone writes that breakfast is great...coffee is good but the only warm things are the omelette and the boiled eggs. Everything else is cold. The breakfast area is small and options are ok for 2-3 mornings but not more.

The transportation was good; it was close to the train station, within walking distance, and the tram was nearby for easy access to the city center. The room was spacious.
The reception staff helped with luggage storage. However, early check-in wasn't possible, and waiting until 2 pm after such a long journey was difficult; they could have been more helpful. The bathroom wasn't clean, the towels smelled and were dirty, and there were hairs on the sheets. We managed for one night, and slippers would have been nice. Unfortunately, I won't be choosing this hotel again.

Pleasant
The staff are absolutely lovely – that’s definitely the highlight of this place.
I wouldn’t say the room was worth the price. It could definitely do with a bit of a refresh. The breakfast was rather basic, too. I wouldn’t choose to stay there again.
