Pleasant
The staff are absolutely lovely – that’s definitely the highlight of this place.
I wouldn’t say the room was worth the price. It could definitely do with a bit of a refresh. The breakfast was rather basic, too. I wouldn’t choose to stay there again.

Breakfast was really good. Everything was really clean. Good and clean gym. The amazing moment was the accessible elevator and the accessible bathroom.
No complaints, just an opportunity for improvement - It would be amazing to have a coffee automat (or something) available during the day, not just during the breakfast.

Friendly staff throughout the hotel. Great location for Underground , tram and bus as there are no attractions nearby.
Breakfast was exactly the each day, maybe change the type of cheese daily. Only a minor thing.

Good breakfast. Close to metro station.
The receptionist insulted me in front of other people when I made a sandwich to go since I wasn't feeling well whilst on breakfast and I couldn't eat then. Please note that other people were doing the same everyday however they were "smart" enough to hide it in their bags. Also, extremely dirty.

I liked everything. The staff were amazing. The breakfast was wonderful. The facilities exceeded my expectations. The view wasn’t so good. I was there just for one night so it didn’t really matter. The bed and pillows were comfortable everything spotless. The location is amazing central to everything. I enjoyed my stay.

A hotel located outside the city center, but well connected, close to the train station, tram, and metro stops. The hotel is a bit older but clean and well maintained. The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is quite simple, but it was enough for us. Overall, a good value for money.

We got a room which was different from the one we chose (in the picture the room was supposed to have a shower, but we got a bathtub).

This was a hidden gem in Vienna, a few blocks from the major train station but also quiet and comfortable. I was in need of rest from travel and honestly did not hear *anything* from outside my room. I was convinced I was the only hotel guest (traveled off season) until I physically saw another guest. I saw my room by the stairs and elevator and thought there would’ve been noise. Thoroughly impressed with the building and staff, 10/10 definitely stay here.
I can’t honestly think of anything bad. The restaurant is not open late but plenty of nearby food options, coupled with food deliver apps, I did not go hungry.
