Good size room with couch. Room was recently renovated.
Bathroom was large with tub.
Bed was fairly comfy.
Breakfast was good with lots of choices; meats, cheeses, breads, yogurt, cereal, pastries, egg, coffee machine.

The night receptionist (young guy) was super nice and friendly!
The early morning receptionist on the 11th of October (middle-aged man, around 50- glasses) was really rude and passive-aggressive.

The location of the hotel is great, the trams stop right opposite and Keplerplatz train station is just a short walk away. The room itself is cozy and comfortable and the breakfast is absolutely amazing!
We had to check out and I had a beer from the minibar. The staff at the counter was insistent we pay in cash, which is understandable, but we just didn't have cash and I requested to pay by card. He made a big deal about it before relenting, I think it shouldn't have been a big deal.

Very clean room with helpful staff. Approx 1km walk to Wien HBF, or 500m walk to U1 line. A lot of kebab houses in the area if that's your thing.
Also has a pretty good fitness centre with treadmills, rower, cable stacks and dumbbells to 22kg.

This was perfect! We stayed for 2 nights, arrived after midnight. The staff was really helpful, they helped carrying our suitcase and escorted us to the room. Forgot my ID and wallet at the reception, got everything back. The room was clean, so much space for us, not as in an ordinary hotel. Breakfast was good. The hotel is close to the hbf train station, it was easy to carry the 25kg suitcase there (even though I go the gym, it can be a nightmare to carry a large, heavy suitcase through the city, it wasn't thx to the location). Bathroom was great as well, water does not come out when you take a shower. The cleaning staff was kind as well. The bed was rrally comfortable. Highly recommended hotel!

Thr room was very quiet and spacious. We were upgraded to a room in the new wing. Location just a few minutes walk to metro and a bus station just in front of the hotel. From the train station, we took tram 0 and got off at the second stop and the hotel is within sight. Staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. There was no electric kettle in the room, but when we asked, we got it.

Room size was excellent for Europe, facility was great with elevator.
WiFi was spotty in room, available TV in English was limited to news (BBC, SkyNews, etc). Area is remote from attractions, but close to public transportation.

They have toilet bidet in the new building
I didn't like to get a room that does not match the price i paid for ! I have had an argument with the receptionist who initially was unwilling to give me the spacious room 269 feet i paid for !after i showed him what it was supposed to be given as it is clearly stated in the booking.com, he reluctantly agreed !
