The staff at the reception was rude at the day of departure. No one was there,no note,no contacts,doors are closed,I could not pick up my bag and when tried asking people around and waiting I started calling out loud and the receptionist was rude to me for that

Very pleasant and helpful staff, great room and good breakfast options. The location is very convenient to get to the city centre by underground or tram, the main train station is a short walk away.

A high quality hotel with basic facilities, close to Vienna Hauptbahnhof and to U-bahn and tram links to city centre. The breakfast buffet was well presented, with fresh fruit, cereals, breads etc. The only hot food was eggs (scrambled or boiled), but plenty of cold meats and cheese to go with them. We were given an upgraded room in the newer part of the hotel, as we were staying for a week. It was spacious and comfortable and a pleasant place to be when we were not out and about.
The bar is basic (and usually empty!), and is the only place to get a cup of tea - no facilities in bedroom. No food is served other than breakfast, but there are plenty of eating places locally ranging from greasy takeaways to better Viennese food. For classy restaurants, you need to go into the city centre, so you need to plan your day accordingly.

Water stains on the ceiling, no atmosphere in the rooms. Breakfast was just OK.

Customer service was outstanding from the moment we arrived. The room was large, comfortable, and excellent overall. Breakfast was very good, with a nice coffee machine, fresh bread, ham, and several other options available. Overall, the hotel experience was excellent. The location was convenient and close to public transportation. However, the first impression of the area does not really feel like Vienna — it feels more like a typical large city with not much to do nearby.
The only thing we did not particularly like was the surrounding area. Although the hotel itself was excellent and very convenient for transportation, the neighborhood did not really give the feeling of being in Vienna.
