We were upgraded to a different room which was huge! Spotlessly clean and decorated beautifully. Sadly we were only staying overnight, we would have liked to stay longer. The hotel is 5 minutes from the U1 underground straight into the centre. We caught the CAT train from the airport and then taxi to hotel as it was late but it is very easy to find from the U1. The hotel is on a busy road and has an Aldi very close by for packed lunch options!!
We missed tea/coffee making facilities in the room. We arrived 10.30pm after a long day and would have enjoyed a hot drink. The bar was closed so we enjoyed a beer from the minibar instead.

Room was comfortable , breakfast was poor , should be improved , and location was ok . Room Furniture needs upgrading . Receptionist was helpful .

Good size room with couch. Room was recently renovated.
Bathroom was large with tub.
Bed was fairly comfy.
Breakfast was good with lots of choices; meats, cheeses, breads, yogurt, cereal, pastries, egg, coffee machine.

The night receptionist (young guy) was super nice and friendly!
The early morning receptionist on the 11th of October (middle-aged man, around 50- glasses) was really rude and passive-aggressive.

The location of the hotel is great, the trams stop right opposite and Keplerplatz train station is just a short walk away. The room itself is cozy and comfortable and the breakfast is absolutely amazing!
We had to check out and I had a beer from the minibar. The staff at the counter was insistent we pay in cash, which is understandable, but we just didn't have cash and I requested to pay by card. He made a big deal about it before relenting, I think it shouldn't have been a big deal.
