Centrally located, with metro station just a few steps from the door (also quay for Danube cruises - not tried as it was a freezing January day). Good connection to the airport (via Wien Mitte station), Main Railway Station (via metro line U1) and Stephansplatz (walking distance). Quiet room with well-equipped mini bar. Coffee and cakes offered free of charge in the afternoon, in a nice dining area.
A bit outdated and old, small lift. A bit too pricey for the quality offered.

The breakfast staff was amazing! Very quick and friendly! They made fresh eggs any way you wanted them and brought it straight away, along with whatever coffee you wanted! Front desk lady super sweet and helpful. Found us our best Snitzel and candies!

Breakfast was very good. The location was also good, a roughly 5 to 7 minute walk to St. Stephen's and the City Center. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful.
First off, let me state that this is not at all unusual for European hotels and is likely not a problem for many guests, but the rooms were much too warm at night. We turned the radiator heaters off completely off for the duration of our stay, but the only way to really cool the room down was to open the windows. The problem with that was there was a LOT of street noise, especially as the city began to wake up at about 4:00am.

The location is superb, within a 2-minute walk to the tram and underground train station. Staff were always very friendly and helpful.
The room was very small, tight for two people with suitcases. Traffic noise could be heard through the windows at night.

The location was good, near to the Metro and Tram stations , Many resturants in the area, The hotel is at the edge of the old city so you need to walk or take transportation to each attraction.
The hotel's breakfast is nice but not more than that, In our room the radiator didnt work although they try to fix it. we miss a tea kettle in the room specially for cold days.

Just amazing. Great location. Close to Stephen cathedral, tram and u-bahn stops right next to it. Very polite staff and delicious breakfast. I highly recommend this hotel.
The rooms are soundproof, but still there was some noise coming from the hallway and windows. Maybe the doors and windows can be soundproof too.
