Great hotel. The breakfast was great with eggs cooked to order. Walking distance to many sights and a great balcony in our room.
Elevators were small and hard to maneuver with luggage and the odd step to the elevator.

Breakfast was great with made to order eggs and bacon. Buffet offered a variety of good cheeses and breads.
Noise on the street outside the room. Room was tight but understandably so for a single room.

The hotel is very well located for walking to main tourist attractions, underground, restaurants and shopping. All Staff were extremely helpful with restaurant suggestions, attraction tickets and other info. Breakfast was very good with nice assortment of cold choices as well as making bacon or eggs each morning individually if you wish. The room was a good size, clean, nice shower and arrangement for luggage. The general decor is a bit funky colourful and good lighting.
All in all great hotel for a home base if you are visiting Vienna.
Only issue I found was bottom bed sheets overheated possibly from protective mattress covering

I cant thank enough the immediate help my husband and I got from the breakfast team the morning he had a seizure during our meal. They promptly called the paramedics and he was taken to the university hospital from Vienna. Our eternal gratitude !

For our needs, the location was perfect - tramway and metro within 2 minutes. Only taxi used was for longer distance attractions and interests. Breakfast was outstanding as were the "breakfast team". Assistance at the front desk was above and beyond and always cheerful We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone The room was great although access on and off our particular floor via the elevator was challenging with suitcases but functional.
There was nothing we did not like - everything went well, staff was outstanding, and the location was perfect for us.

The room was very clean and recently refurbished. Good breakfast with many choices. Good location, very central and close to the main Vienna attractions. Close to several public transportation stops, including the bus to the airport. Friendly and helpful staff.

Professional and kind staff with a warm welcome. Amazing location in the city center where all you need is within few minutes walking.
Very nice view from room balcony. Very special breakfast and afternoon snacks serviced in the first floor.
I highly recommend this lovely hotel for those who visit the capital Vienna.
The hotel consists of only 2 floors apart from the whole building. So in busy seasons there might be no availability of required rooms.
