The hotel has pleasant staff, an excellent location, and a modest but delicious breakfast!
Fast connection to the U1 line across the street from the hotel.
Everything was perfect for my needs, the room was tiny but it had all the necessities.

The hotel was in an excellent location, right next to a tram stop and within walking distance of many sights.
The staff were very welcoming: not just the reception staff, the cleaning staff were also very friendly.
The bedroom was very clean and comfortable and nicely decorated.
The shower head wasn't fixed and it kept swinging into the corner of the cubicle, but that was really a minor complaint - the water pressure was good, which is more important.

Grea location, walking distance for all city center highlights, and right oppoiste all public transport connections. Very friendly staff, excellent breakfast.

The staff were really friendly, especially the breakfast staff. They offered cake and coffee in the afternoon for free. I had minor issues with my room that were swiftly dealt with. The tube station and trams were very close making getting to and from the hotel easy. There's also plenty of eating places within a 5 minute walk
You can get 1 of 2 views, either out across the street and river or looking into another building

Breakfast was amazing. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Location brilliant , 2 minute walk to centre and subway right outside the hotel. I will definitely stay with this hotel again. A truly exceptional hotel. Thank you.
