Exceptional
It was our second time at this hotel. We chose it again because of its great location next to all the public transportations, on from of the Donau kanal and its closeness to the city center (only 7 minutes walk). And of course because of the fact that it is very clean, has good breakfast and the staff is amazingly friendly and helpful.
There was nothing we didn’t like.

Conveniently located between the Danube Canal and Vienna old town, Capricorna is a very pleasant dog-friendly hotel. Helpful and friendly staff (front desk, support services and in the restaurant). The afternoon coffee and cakes was much appreciated and there was a great breakfast selection. Room facilities all fine (bathroom, beds, mini bar and TV), whilst prolonged use of the car park (for a fee) made for convenient check-in and check-out. An enjoyable stay.
Good proximity to trams meant it could be a little loud at night if the window was opened.

Room with balcony was lovely, bit noisy if opened window, breakfast was great plenty choice, tea, coffee and cake available every afternoon included with booking, location good, about 10 minutes walk from Cathedral. Staff on reception were really nice and very helpful.

Excellent location by the river, right next to the metro and tram stations, and surrounded by plenty of food spots. Having its own parking lot makes parking convenient. The front desk staff are warm and friendly. Rooms are fully equipped, and the breakfast is quite good.
The bathroom door doesn't close properly and tends to slide open while showering.
